  We ship our packages with Deutsche Post DHL in neutral packings with a completely neutral sender address, no indication of the shop given.

The delivery time of the products may vary but is stated in the products details. For special requests or by hand manufactured items the shipping time depends on the work load of the manufacturers. Please send us request in front of your order if you are unsure or need a fixed delivery date.
Also please be aware that the shipping time from Germany to your country might take a while.
