Shipping & Returns
Delivery is made by Deutsche Post DHL in careful and neutral packaging with a neutral sender. Of course we also ship to packing stations.
We charge our delivery and shipping costs in addition to the stated final prices of the respective goods as follows:
For a standard delivery within Germany, we charge € 6.20 per order up to a total weight of 10 kg, up to 20 kg € 16.00 when shipping with Deutsche Post DHL. We send small items up to 100 g (e.g. dog tags) as letter post for € 3.00 shipping costs.
Alternatively, we also ship within Germany with Hermes for € 5.69 per order.
With a minimum order value of € 200.00 we deliver free of charge within Germany.
Delivery to a Packstation is also possible when shipping with DHL, please do not forget to include your Packstation number.
For deliveries outside Germany to other European countries, the shipping costs are € 16.50 per order up to a total weight of 2kg, € 30.00 up to 5kg and € 50.00 up to 10kg.
For deliveries outside Europe, the shipping costs are € 35.00 per order up to a total weight of 2kg, € 50 per order up to 5kg and € 80.00 per order up to 10kg. Deliveries are made with Deutsche Post DHL
Delivery times
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
In the following table you will find the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time specified for the respective item.

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will dispatch the goods in a joint consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the consignment as a whole.
